Neo Mokoena

Mr. Neo Mokoena was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Johannesburg. He served his articles at FASKEN, one of the internationally renowned law firms, where he was exposed to different facets of law, namely, Corporate and Commercial, Dispute Resolution and Projects and Finance. He joined Sanqela Attorneys as an Attorney in April 2022 where he is actively involved in Commercial Law, Commercial Litigation; Labour & Employment and Public Private Partnership (PPP) work.
