Xola Sanqela

Mr Xola Sanqela was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2002 after he obtained his BIURIS and LLB degrees at the University of Transkei (now Walter Sisulu University) and Wits University, respectively. He has extensive experience in Public Private Partnership (PPP) transactional work where he has acted for various government organizations, departments and/or entities as part of various transaction advisory teams. He has successfully led legal work streams and navigated various critical stages in PPP projects during feasibility assessments, preparation of procurement documentation (including draft agreements and schedules), and undertook commercial and financial negotiations through to transaction closing.
