Carlton Mogane

Mr Carlton Mogane was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2005 after he obtained his B.Proc and LLB degrees at the University of Durban Westville (now the University of KwaZulu Natal). Subsequent to obtaining the aforementioned qualifications, Mr Mogane completed a Higher Diploma in Corporate Law at RAU University.  Carlton has a wealth of experience in Labour matters and Employment Law where he appears on behalf of a number of employers, employees and trade unions. In July 2019, he acted as a judge at the Labour Court. Furthermore, He has accumulated expert knowledge in general litigation of matters throughout the South African Court System, with a preference to appear on his own, in appropriate High Court and Appeal Court matters.
